Please be advised that Occupational Health medical providers will not be available on Monday, March 15, 2021. As such, we ask that you refer any new injuries to MemorialCare Occupational Medicine or Care OnSite. Their addresses and hours of operation can be found at the link below.

We are still available to provide the majority of our other services, including:

 

  • Random Drug Screening
  • Breath Alcohol Tests
  • Basic Post-Offer Medical Exams
  • TB Placements/Reads
  • Hearing Conservation Exams
  • Bloodwork
  • Reasonable Suspicion Drug/Alcohol Screening
